Do i grasp liability cover for ethnic group working within my garden or do i involve insurance?
I have people working on clearing my garden . Am i liable if they hold an accident or does my insurance cover it ? Are they suppose to insure themselves?
I just dont want to win sued

You may well already have it as section of your home insurance, so check your policy documents or call your insurer. In reality though the nation working in your garden should have their own business insurance - ask them. If they haven't get any insurance in place point them towards http://www.coverzones.com/. You should have property owners liability cover as part of your household building insurance so that if one of these race are injured as a result of your negligence they should be pick up by this cover.
If these people are bona-fide contractors and are not working underneath your direction, you should not need to worry in the region of insurance.

My Aunt hired a group of young men to do some work for her and they stole her credit cards and some checks out of her bureau then proceded to the casino to use it!
