How can I speed up a sports car insurance claim surrounded by the UK?
A driver did not stop at a junction at a roundabout and drove in the the side of my motor, it was clearly their fault and they admit liability at the time, but it now appears they they are refusing to communicate next to their own insurance company for some strange reason and they will not send them rear legs the forms they have been sent asking for information and diagrams, and they will also not return the messages not here for them on their phone, the accident was 3 weeks ago immediately and the other drivers insurance company have now said said they are going to write to them again, and endow with them another 14 days to reply before they will start looking at the claim without their input! which will afterwards be about five weeks after the accident
any warning how I can speed things up?

If you have Full Comp you can claim off your own insurance and obtain repairs done (you would loose your NCB for now) but when the other persons insurance pays up that money would go to them and you NCB would be reinstated.
Check beside your insurance company first though.

Unless you know of some way to make the at error party communicate with their own insurance company, your with the sole purpose choice is to wait until they do.
Really up to your insurance CO. To authorise and pay for repairs to your saloon, and a loan car in the meantime, ,,, All the arguments should not involve you at adjectives .. it is up to both insurance co's to communicate and sort it out .
