Most don't. If they do then you have to clear a significant premium to upgrade your policy to cover it. A friend of mine was looking into it and her policy was over lb600 to upgrade, and you have to have that upgrade in place for at most minuscule a year before you could claim for pregnancy.
The insurance companies know that most people would claim on pregnancy and chore at some point, so the only way they are going to cover that is to say to effectively make you pay for what it's going to cost anyway.
A cheaper method of doing it is probably to just get a private consultant and settle up for scans etc as you go.
