Is insurance sophisticated while hiring a motor contained by Germany if you be disqualified for drink driving contained by the UK?
Answers: i hired a vehicle in Austria a few years back and did not hold my licence "for crying out loud the yanks hold changed the word to license now" with me..all they looked-for was my hotel booking and name,Addy etc...guess they contacted DVL and see that i be legit ...think it would show if you had current convictions and also i believe a ban will apply in Germany too
do you hold a licence? if so, you do have to make them aware of previous convictions etc on your licence.

It depends when it happened. I looked at a few websites and nothing ws mentioned - so it should be OK.
But you involve a current driving license
Your not permitted to drive a car even if its hired on german roads without a valid driving lisence.
If you be disqualified for drink driving in the uk means you havent get a valid driving lisence.
