Can i claim my National Insurance when i move out the UK?
Answers: No - NI payments cover you for medical and unemployment benefits, but they are non-refundable - that's the way the cookie crumbles here within the UK I'm afraid!
I am in search for this greatly question. What I found so far is, there is a component call State second pension which is your pension when you are 55-60. If you contract-out this allowance to a pension account, this is on average lb1000+ per year. When you walk off the country, you should be able to take this stern to your country or continue paying there.
