Is in attendance a fine for the passenger if the driver dosn't enjoy a licence/insurance contained by the UK?

Answers: in attendance isnt a fine but if they admit to knowing you dont have a liscence insurance they can bring point on theres and a fine (even if they dont have a lisence when they do get one it will be on in attendance but points are only in extreme circumstances). if they dont allow to knowing then they are ok. i found this out when my husband decided to buy a coup¨¦ when he was disqualified n i tried to cover him by sayin i bought the car and asked him to drive me to the shops as i couldnt drive n shops be closin soon. i kinda also implied that i new he was disqualified as it come up on the pnc that he had been disqualified twice.
Fine for what? driving without license? sure no.But if police found drug inside the car afterwards the passenger will have trouble.
No
No, it's the drivers responsibility to hold these things.
not usually but sometimes aiding and abetting is mentioned
No, unless passenger is adult and driver is a minor.
No. Why would the passenger be responsible ?
No the solely thing a passenger can be held responsible for is the wearing of a seat belt.
if the driver/owner is so irresponsible to have these allowed requirements then they are likely to be a moment ago as irresponsible a driver.....take care and live longer
