Regulation of Insurance for NON-UK insurer?
Which clauses about NON-UK insurer who has no branch within UK?
I'd like to know what kind of insurance is permitted to the above described insurer.
Please agree to me know where I can find the regulation via internet.

If you are trying to use an offshore insurer to insure your car surrounded by the UK.. forget it. All insurance companies that I know of, insist that you must be a resident and have your car registered surrounded by the country you are insuring your car.
Besides that, french, german, italian etc insurance companies generally speak french, german or italian etc. Can you speak french, german, italian etc ably enough to report a claim?
