UK - Driving next to no insurance & Only a provisional license?
Someone I know, he is 23, is driving a car with individual a provisional license without someone with a full driving license surrounded by the car. He also has no insurance and have had 2 crashes; 1 with another motor and one with a wall, when drunk. Also the car have no MOT or tax.
What will happen when he is caught?
How various points will he get?
Will he get not permitted?
How much will he get a fined?
Will he go to prison?
