How to seize a uk national insurance number?
Hello! i'm an italian girl who is coming in London for studying.
i'm planning to continue my university study within; I'm going to live with a family, so i won't retribution bills etc., i'll be there just for studying and i won't work. I guess it would be far-reaching to get the National Insurance Number, to get rights for pubblic form and a bank account.
however, i wonder how to bring back the NIN since i know that for getting it it's necessary to show a letter or a insinuation from the boss of the place where you'll work, and some proof of address (paid bills etc.)
how to get it if i'am freshly a student and i won't work?

You don't stipulation a NINO. As an EU citizen you are entitled to healthcare etc.

I don't think you need a NIN to access NHS healthcare as you are from an EC partaker country.
I think you will also be able to clear a bank account - are in that any international banks that have branches surrounded by your country that also have branches in the UK? Banks similar to HSBC perhaps, as then you should be capable of access your money in this country too.
I would contact the international students office at your university as they should know how to help; you could also check out www.direct.gov/uk which is the uk government allowed site and holds a lot of useful information.
