if a person goes to the UK on leave and they have travel insutance and they have an calamity while in the UK and they need emergency treatment from a hospital will that human being who is not a UK national have to pay for medical treatment while contained by the hospital or would they get medical treatment free as part of the NHS (I know most Americans presume its evil beyond words) or would they have to pay and claim sour the travel insurance when they got home. How does the NHS work when it comes to holiday makers when they come to the UK?
