After what age within the UK is drivers insurance, cheaper?

im 20, i passed when i was 18.
at what age is insurance cheaper, i know it depends on where you live, motor, model, engine etc but

at what age?

25 is the big drop but its lone 15% which is equiv of one years no claims
They say 25 but even at that age it's massively expensive with no ncb. My sis is 26 and just started driving and is paying lb720 on a Ford Ka.

The real answer in actuality is 25, though this is really unfair. I was driving at 17, and have done hundreds of thousands of miles by the time I was 24, but my cousin passed at 25 and got cheaper insurance though she have virtually the same car. The other prominent factor is simply your address. My parents and I live in the region of a mile apart, but I get cheaper insurance at my house as I live in a posher nouns postcode!
