Are my insurance rates potential to budge up?

I have joint custody of my 15 year ancient with her father. She lives with him. Will my rates progress up when she gets her permit since she does not "legally" live here even though she will plausible be driving my vehicle?
Answers:
Time to call your agent.
You have to roll her on your policy. When you list her, the rates will go up.

It doesn't MATTER where on earth she lives. If she has regular access to drive your car, and you don't document her, the insurance company can deny coverage for any claim.
