If our insurance rates dance up because of Obama-care can we sue Democrats?

Sue to FORCE them to pay the amount of the increase?
Answers:
Only if democrats can sue republicans over the cost of the time of war.
"Just take the public likelihood, oh that's right, you don't want a public option. You want your rates to go up so you can complain something like the democrats." Seriously? You want everyone who has rates go up from socialized insurance to switch to socialized insurance? That will penniless 1/6 of the private sector. Idiot.
Might as well bend over and clutch it like the rest of us are going to do!

Suing the senate is unpatriotic, didn't you know that?
Insurance rates alone with prescriptions have
be going up over the years.... maybe you need to sue Bush also....
No ... just grin and bear it ... or better still be grateful that at second Americans will have a first world health system!
Trust me, a health care system is something that you want to enjoy.
hmm, you want insurance to go see a doctor for a cold? or in valise you get cancer. This question highlights how folks do not understand what insurance is. Insurance is supposed to measure risk of catastrophic loss. It is not supposed to recompense for routine care such as a physical or other visit to a doctor or even if you break your arm, because you should own savings for that. (I stress the term should). But if you entail a liver transplant or get cancer or some other major medical issue, after that when insurance is useful. I would buy something like that if I could attain it. I doubt it be much more than $50 a month.

BTW : I do think that if we had a free flea market healthcare system (which we haven't had since the 60s) that doctors should put in a sure amount of pro-bono work per year.
