Allstate insurance raise my rates. unadulterated or fraud.?
they have raised my rates twice surrounded by less than 6 months. my first months were 94 for the platnum plan next in november they raised to 98 and very soon in march they raise to 108. the say that the state of texas is raising rates for companies and thats why my rates turn up. is this happening to anyone else. im in tx. im varying my plan as soon as possible. anyone have allstate that could advise.

okay every state sets the liability limits for their state. so it could in certainty be the case that rates in TX hold gone up. call your insurance commissioners office to find out if the rates own gone up. if its the case, moving your policy isn't going to help as liability is like with every company. the only time you would see a difference within premium is if you are carrying full coverage, as the companies set the rates they charge for comp and coll.
