"insurance company sues Maine" they want to increase their rates 18%..govnr said "no, not during recession"?

so, the insurance company is suing the state
Answers:
If they can't make a profit, why bother ? Their next step will be to stop doing business in Maine.

Many states are increasing their tax rates, so are oodles cities. They don't seem to be bothered by any recession.
Amazing when their profits margins continue to increase during an monetary recession.and people are losing their jobs along beside coverage. Whatever State Court or Federal District that handles these matters, should trow out the baggage altogether.
Ok... They are trying to make higher their rates so they can stay in business... If they don't raise their rates.. thousands surrounded by Maine will lose the coverage they have, because the company will shut down business in that state...

I guess you would fairly people be insuranceless.
He is a communist.
How are they going to hand out their bonuses?
Good for the Maine governor! It's about time someone stood up to a 'big business'!
Sure wish adjectives state governors would do this with health insurance companies...mine lately went up $60 a month.
