Will your insurance rate progress up if you carry into an catastrophe and it is not your imperfection?

I was rearended today and saw no damage to my vehicle or my body though I was thrown forward. After looking at my car, I walk over to the person who rearended me. She didn't even get out of the coup¨¦. She just rolled down her window and said "I'm sorry" At that moment I saw nought I could "hold her on" I thought if there was bring down to the car then yes, lug the information but if not, guess there is no problem. It be my first accident and wasn't thinking quite clearly. All I have in the back of my chief was the ad on the radio or tv on allstate insurance - the longer time of time you are not in an accident the more coverage or money they bestow you.... though I don't have Allstate I just thought if you didn't report it it won't hurt anyone. But it could hurt me within the end if I end up near whiplash and Chiroprator visits to pay... I be more tryin to figure out what had only just happened. My back is starting to hurting and hope I do not have whip lash :( Any direction?

if it wasn't your fault, don't turn it into your insurance nickname their insurance company and handle it yourself. If you let your insurance company bar it, it could raise your insurance. I don't care how minor the fluke I will always file an quirk report. I learned the hard instrument.
The insurace premium won't USUALLY go up, if the accident wasn't your falut and the insurance company doesn't enjoy to pay out.

It is possible even if the accident wasn't your denounce, the premium *could* go up, if your insurance company has to compensate out, and the other driver wasn't insured, or somehow, they couldn't collect from the party at fault.

Since you didn't christen police, there is no evidence, and you probablly didn't exchange any information, there isn't anything you can do anymore.

The correct entity to do was to at minimum, get the driver's license and insurance card information from the other driver. You have the right to request the information. If the person refuses and drives away, you can find the license plate number, call police claiming the person moved out the scene of the accident.

It is entirely possible, although there be no visible damage, a frame that holds the bumper could own been bent, and you could have a slight travel case of whiplash.... Not likely, but possible. You just don't want to ending up having have to embezzle care of them on your own expense.
No, handling an accident yourself without going through your own insurance company when it isn't your show disapproval is not insurance fraud. But since you have no information from the person who hit you, and no police report, and no defacement to your vehicle, about the only item you can do is forget it at this point.
Get a police report and take her to court....Your insurance will probably go up even if it is not your denounce.

to comment to "Pixie" thats called insurance fraud honey..
