Can an insurance company elevate your rates two years after a claim surrounded by which they has-been to notify you?
Today Geico raised my insurance by about 50%, they told me it be due to an at fault accident that I have. The only accident I have was 2 years ago (the other party involved lied and said they would not pursue the claim, found out today otherwise) Anyway, we be never notified by Geico of this claim being fulfilled. Via phone or contained by writing. Do I have any options to row this?

There are tons of websites where you can get a free insurance quote. http://www.autoadviceonline.com/Auto-Insurance-Quote.html It single takes roughly 10 minutes to do.
Sure they can -- it's THEIR company.
Just change companies if you don't like their policies. I intuitively saved over $1,000 a year when I dropped GEICO and went to State Farm.
Go amount...
