Does have a driving learner's grant for two years lower motor insurance rates latter on?
I am sixteen years old and will not receive my driver's license until I am eighteen years old.
For these two years, I can any wait one year and have a travel document the second year, or sustain a learner's permit for both years, by reactivating it every so often.
Will have a permit for TWO years translate over to "more
driving experience (than one year)" and get me lower saloon insurance rates? (My parents have AAA)
Thanks.
