Why is insurance co rating our 2006 Cobalt 4dr 4cyl as a sports motor?
Answers: If your insurance company is calling a 4 door a sports car i would change companies.

Not sure how it works surrounded by the USA, but here in Australia it has to do next to the engine capacity - Horse power - anything over a certain even in a car is considered to be a Sports Car, be it 2, 3, 4 or 5 door. This is also calculated beside Weight Ratio, acceleration and braking power.
