Who is merry paying sophisticated homeowners insurance rates?

these liars and thieves that are sueing insurance companies for wind plunder when it is obvious that their damage be caused by water from hurricane katrina

Nobody likes paying more for anything, but nobody minds getting a bump up.

The REAL effect of those lawsuits isn't increased homeowners rates - it's insurance companies, not willing to write homeowners in FL and LA, AT ANY PRICE. Now, most folks in those states are stuck with triple the price, through the state insurance funds. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
I agree next to you that people who don't have the right coverage should not bring back paid. I'm tired of the Florida homeowners insurance fraud. If we denied these claims it would put an end to the practice of "going bare". But the medium always steps showing people acting approaching "they didn't know" demanding payments from insurance companies and the government.

The only entity I can do with stupidity like this going on is to shop my own homeowners insurance within Florida.

This website helped me to find Florida home insurance rates below what they were even up to that time Katrina and Wilma:

Anyone who uses it should have no trouble blowing away their high rates. And at smallest you won't have to pay as big a share of the tab for this incessant homeowners insurance fraud in Florida.

It is awesome
Freaking Great.
I love it
Yep, what really make me mad is that Louisiana is a flood zone, and your homeowners policy CLEARLY states that all rising hose down is excluded no matter WHAT the cause. So these inhabitants elected to NOT purchase flood insurance because "we havent flooded in years, we dont need that" and in a minute are upset with their carriers for not paying out their claims. What I cant know is WHY the courts are siding with the claimants. Most policies require a signature on the application stating you understand rising dampen is excluded....now we all own to suffer
