i highly doubt that this is true. first off, an insurance company cannot newly randomly change your rate lacking just cause and 30 days written observe. it probably went up because of a yearly increase, your region, your sexual characteristics or something like that. i have never hear of it going up because of your race... no insurance company would stay afloat doing that.
