If I settled to rent out my spray ski to some ethnic group for a hourly rate would I hold to catch liability insurance?

I want to rent out my jet ski's over the summer and make a few bucks can I do that and not own to purchase liability insurance ?

I don't think you technically own to. But you really, really should. If some one gets hurt on your jetski and you're uninsured... potentially that's you losing everything you own.

Liability insurance is a must! Waiver of Liability also. No one under the age of 18 to ride or drive. Also owner is not responsible for damage or misuse of the jet-ski. Owner not responsible for injuries or annihilation due to use or misuse of jet-ski. Owner not responsible for civil or small claims suits brought upon rider of jet-ski. Better make sure you cover all your liability issues BEFORE you consider renting your jet-ski.
