After unloading a ticket, request for information in the region of insurance rates.?
I am a licensed 17 year old that lives in Virginia. I just now took out my parent's car, which is insured under their cross, and received a traffic ticket (failure to obey highway sign). I, however, am not included in their insurance policy. Would the insurance rates of my parents' shift up? If not, what would happen? Also, is it illegal for me to be driving my parents' saloon if my name is not included in their insurance policy?

they are going to sky rocket ,, and yes if your are not on the policy as a driver you can return with a ticket for no insurance
hopefully they will let you take a driving class so it will not appear on your text or to your parents insurance company
