My daughter have a at scorn stroke of luck within my vehicle and immediately in that is a claim on my insurance, will my rates progress up?

My daughter had a at fault coincidence in my car and presently there is a claim on my insurance, will my rates go up?

Also she doesn't live near me and she isn't on my policy.
Answers:
Yea, it defintley will. Your insurance now have no idea who you let drive your sports car or what kind of driving record they hold. You've moved yourself into a higher risk field.
Sorry dude.
Depends. If your daughter is under the same insurance company they might a short time ago raise her rates. Discuss it with your insurance company.
YES
Most imagined yes your car insurance will go up. Just an counsel never let anybody use your car unless their surrounded by your insurance. If they get caught the one that's going to get within trouble is you. I hope that your daughter is doing well that nothing desperate has happened to her. Take vigilance sweety and god bless and remember this advice before somebody else reminds you.
NO your rates will not go up. As long as she does not live with you and is not on your policy. The insurance company will clearly ask who she is and if she resides with you so you would need to prove that (copy of her Driver's license showing her address different than yours or a bill). If she did live near you, you would need to either give her or exclude her from your insurance. Its the same as though your friend borrowed your car. Your rates will not be in motion up but on her insurance policy with whatever company she is next to her rates will go up due to the driving record showing the luck which will be there for 3 years. Oh and by the way, the saloon owner's insurance is first to cover the accident so if you did not have insurance afterwards your daughter's insurance would cover the accident or if your insurance was not plenty to cover the accident as far as the liability goes next her insurance will pick up the rest. Good luck! Source(s): Licensed Insurance Agent.
duh. as you would expect they will. you will pay for the damages through a long term rate increase.
yep it will
sorry.. it will go up... (one who knows)
Your story isn't perfect, there is presently a claim against your vehicle and your insurance. If she had your permission to use your vehicle, your insurance covered her. Whether she lives with you or is on your policy or not. Insurance goes beside the vehicle, not with the driver. Yes, it's possible, depending on other factors, that your rates will bring to the fore as a result of this.
Yep the insurance industry will return with ya ever way they can. had a 17 year aged step son, total my van 3 days after getting his liscense. He moved out when he decided he had duration all figured out. This be 3 years ago & even though he is off my insurance & not even in this state my rates are still superior because of him & I have a perfect driving dictation, not one accident or ticket. Make me so mad I could spit nail, but nothing I can do about it.
Probably -- unless the claim can be laid against her policy, contained by which case her rates will go up.
Obviously yes, your insurance rates will increase, but here is no telling how long it might stay at that rate.
Probably.
OUCH. who ever's policy will go up. Who's ever policy is fixing your car is going up.
yes! tell her to procure a job and help you rate for it!
