color don't enjoy anything to do with rates it the type of car you drive
Only if driven by a idiot who gets lots of tickets or cause accidents. So far color doesn't matter. But don't distribute them any ideas. I still don't see what your credit rating has to do next to weather your a good driver or not.
No, never, that is an urban myth. I am a licenced broker. When you call me for a quote, I don't ask the colour, because it doesn't event. I don't need the colour until you actually buy it and come to me to register and insure it. The colour is portion of the description only.
Think back to what they asked when you get insurance. Year, make, model, mileage, VIN. They did NOT ask color, did they? That's because it doesn't matter.

And credit rating is looked at because it tell a lot about the individuality of the person.
No.
While it's probably a myth that red cars have difficult insurance rates than other cars, there is some logic behind the model. Red is a popular color for high-performance sports cars, and a some people with those kind of cars might tend to speed and drive more recklessly than people within lower-performance cars, which tend not to be red. So, they might get more speeding tickets, which would drive their insurance rates up. Also, since speeding and reckless driving results within more accidents, that could also raise insurance rates. That would clearly make it seem that red cars enjoy higher insurance. But it would really be the bad drivers of the red cars who win the higher rates, and the color or their cars would just be a coincidence.
No, the color doesn't matter for insurance purposes. But where on earth color comes into play is, a red car sticks out more than say a white saloon. So when you drive a red car you have a better casual of a ticket, because the cop at the corner is looking for traffic infractions so he see you more then he see Joe Blow in his White motor.
