Just get a ticket. Will this put on a pedestal my insurance rates?
I got pulled over this morning for making a left turn where on earth there was a "no departed turn" sign posted. The ordinance number was 50 ( I live in Lawrence, KS) and the betrayal was "posted no left turn". My fine be $80 + $52 in costs = a grand total of $130
Is this a non-moving defiance? I called the prosecutors office and they said that it should be. They said to bring within the ticket in a week or so and they can take it bad my record without any extra costs. Is this true?
If I a short time ago paid the fee and did not shift into the prosecutors office, would my insurance rates go up?

Never heard of A prosecuter dictum they wold take it off ur transcript,something isn't right ,cause that's how they follow ur driving record u win so many point's that's when they suspend them.Sound's real fishy within.If it's ur 1st ticket I don't think ur ins will go up but believe you will acquire point's on ur license u can try 2 hire a lawyer 2 fight it but ur going to lose any way,but if the cop don't show up for court usually it gets thrown out I'm contained by phila pa that's how it work's here.

Its a moving violation; and sometimes, one can be so luck to have an insurance carter to allow you 1 violation free-ride. Other times, those unlucky ones get carrier that shoot that increase during that same term, or wait til the subsequent term. It depends on what carrier you own. A great suggestion is to take defensive driving. This CAN stifle your premium and help out with your driving transcription in the long run.
If there be no sign, I'd take a pic of the scene and take it to the regard as being and fight the ticket.
