I need a software where I can input one (or more) vivacity insurance company rates. Preferably if I have the freedom to input any company and not "pre-packaged" ones. Thanks.

You are better off hooking up beside a General Agency. They allow you to use their software to shop out all the carriers they are contracted beside. You will have to contract with the agency and afterwards use them for all application submissions.
