Why are adjectives my motor insurance quotes over lb2000?

Alright I know I am a young newly qualified driver (20 years old) and masculine but I mainly hear this sort of bracket getting premiums of lb1000 or just underneath. However I can't seem to find anything under lb2000. I don't know what the problem is. The cars I own been obtaining a quote for are 1.1 engine cars resembling peugeot 106 or ford fiesta. Help please?
