Help!! Im 16 is it possible to ring up my parents insurance company to find a quote?
Will they be able to give me the information I stipulation. My parents are acting stubborn

However, if you want to be added to your parent's policy, they own to do that, not you. The bill will come to them so that makes them the only ones authorized to produce changes to the policy. You can try. But you will still need your parents' okay to gain put on the policy.
They can give you a quote for your own policy, with your own motor, if you have the vin number. But they can't give you a quote to make the addition of you to your parents' policy - that would violate the privacy laws.
