Any path of making my insurance company replace my drizzly mat?
My toilet overflowed today, and the water soaked the carpet on the 2nd floor of my home, as in good health as the hardwood on the ground floor and the carpet in the underground store.
The insurance company wants to just dry the runner and replace the underpadding. I am concerned that this wont be good enough, and i'll hold mould problems later, and I am very allergic to mould. Is here any way to insist that they replace the carpet?
