Its my first assessement experiment for an insurance company. what do i expect?

They will walk over what you have managed to swot since you have been next to them, also the manner in which you work and whether you work competently, and also your time keeping, and how you work as part of the team.

You will be expected to answer questions based on the work or study you (should) enjoy done during the time you have been employed in attendance.

If it is conducted by your Manager, they will focus on what you did wrong (and maybe what you did right). They wil be more interested in what actions/plans you enjoy to avoid making the same error again than in any excuses. Typically this is a really biddable opportunity to ask for more Training !

Some companies use psychometric carrying out tests just to see if you fit with the unharmed company 'style' and attitude - you can't study for these - just be honest. You may also get a group exercise purely to see how you react to a team environment. Just bring in sure you be yourself through the assessment centre.
