Should I homily to my insurance company first?
I wa sinvovled ina minor accident recently and enjoy been contacted by the other party's insurer to discuss the situation. I made no comment to them. Should I speak to my insurer first before anyone else?

You CAN verbalize to your insurance company first but no matter what...regardless of who you talk to first...you ARE going to own to talk to the other person's insurance company.
I am assuming that the other person is at defect here.
If YOU are at fault? Calling your insurance company should be a priority. (Notice is actually a requirement of your policy)
