A company call me offering a $15 rebate for gas if I listen to their insurance pitch. Is this legit?

I listened. Sent a copy of a receipt for gas I purchased and I hold received a check for $15 from the Rebate Processing Center, the bank is NVE Bank in Millford NJ.
