If you are a hot driver and blow below .5, will your insurance company know and will it travel up?

had license suspended for 3 days, no charges
Answers:
.08-.10 is legally drunk in most states. .5 is justifiably dead. At that point it does not matter what your insurance company think.
Yes, your saloon insurance company will eventually know about it. They check their policyholder's driving record every very soon and then, usually when your term term is up for renewal but it will depend on the insurer themselves. They will probably check with the state records as capably or the state will update the carrier at a particular time (depends on which state you are surrounded by.)

And this could mean a significant increase on your premiums once they do find out. You'll be tagged as a lofty risk driver. Do check with your state DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) office as DUI license suspensions usually last at least 90 days.

I've referenced an article below that can answer this further for you.

Hope this helps! Source(s): http://www.duiinsurancerate.com/dui-auto-insurance-lakewood-colorado-co.html
it wont travel up or unless you tell them. and if you change insurance companies afterwards the new company will run a backgroung driving history and may see it then cause your rate to increase. so my suggestion is to stay with you insurance company and dont say anything. Also if within were no charges then they shouldn;t ever find out incentive its not on record.
Let me seize this right. Your a new driver and got stopped for a DUI. Your alcohol rank was .5. You are probly mistaken that your license is only suspended for 3 days. You better check near the DMV about that and to see if you have a suspended license. Do you own a court date to go back to court?

In CA the DUI rank is .08. You need to post your state. Laws are different in every state.
You can compare how the insurance quotes would change, for example here - autoinsurance.noneto.com
I don't understand the suspension, It is not unlawful to drink and drive. It is unlawful to drink and drive near an alcohol blood percentage of .08 and above. To answer your question, Your insurance carrier will do a DMV check past issuing a renewal and set your rates accordingly.
blowing a 0.5?? You'd be lucky to be alive.
Chances are they will. I'm not sure about the tolerance within Canada, but if you are under age, some states in the US own zero tolerance and will take your license for longer than 3 days.
first, you should collect some resource by searching the relevant keyword contained by search engine,if you got right luck there ,then your problem solved.however,if you are not competent to find the ideal answer by doing that, here http://www.insuranceidea.info/free-insurance.htm is the resource i recommend.
I sincerely hope you meant .05 and not .5

Odds are, if you have your license suspended, the insurance company may or may not find out - but if they check, this information will be available to them.
Yes
Under .5?? Considering the legal limit is .08 YES...that is to say wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than the legal limit.
I would newly call your insurance and ask without cliché who you are. I think you have your number wrong tho, a 0.5 is an deathlike number. And to get your license suspended for only 3 days also seem wrong. If you already got a DUI as a new driver, you involve to have your insurance raised because you are a threat to not only yourself but those of us on the road who are responsible adults and do not drink and consequently get behind the helm. the insurance company knows EVERYTHING
depends on what your legally recognized limit is...

whether youre driving under the influence

or driving while intoxicated...

driving drunk is worse... so youre probably fu*&#$ any way
I didn’t know they could suspend your license for blowing .05. I don't see how it could go up you didn't break any decree
Yes it multiplies by 3 to 4 times, respectively time you are caught, depending on the company.
AIG LIFE
call you insurance company and find out and do not drink and drive I own known a lot of folks who did this and many who have lost their lives within drunk driving accidents
