If you win fired, how long is strength insurance from the company available?
if/ when some one gets fired, or laid off, how long is the condition and dental insurance available?
I do believe there is a difference between getting laid off and mortal fired...
I live in California, if this matters..
Thanks, I am a moment ago trying to do some research before the company I work for has to agree to me go cuz they can't afford to pay anyone any longer. :(

It depends entirely on how your employer set the coverage up at the beginning of the year.
Usually, it's EITHER, until the daytime after you lost your job, OR, the last afternoon of the month in which you worked. NO ONE here would know which way it go.
You'll have to call the number on the fund of your card and ask.
The company can justifiably end your coverage as soon as your fired. I think it usually take until the end of the month to make any change though. Some companies offer severance packages to employees that are let go, and sometimes this may include continuation of medical insurance, but this is at their discretion and they don't have to do it at all.
If you loose your undertaking, you can get coverage through a government program call COBRA, but its very expensive so you better have some money contained by the bank.
Health insurance can be outstandingly tricky. Since I'm from New Hampshire I'm not sure about California regulations, so I suggest you call a local strength insurance agent. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Health-Insurance.html They should be able to assist you.
Assuming that your company is covered under COBRA, you should be able to verbs coverage for 18 months. You'll have to pay the full premium, however.
If you seize laid off or fired they have to present you the COBRA coverage. Basically you pay the full amount for the insurance, not just the portion you've be paying. It's usually very expensive.
If you get let go, ask for them to cover you for a few months. The worst they can do is say 'No'. Always ask for everything during the layoff interview. Ask for help next to finding a new job, ask for vigour coverage, ask what kind of reference they'll bestow you, etc. They may keep saying 'No', but it never hurts to ask.
Good Luck!
call the number on your card to find out.
