Someone back into me contained by a parking lot, is this insurance company lying?

Foreigners backed into my car surrounded by the parking lot, they had insurance, I called the insurance company and they asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it, I did, and they said okay and that they would post it on Friday morning. It's now Monday and I haven't gotten it. They are in a state not far from us. Is this insurance company full of crap or do I simply need to wait longer?

You obligation to wait a bit longer or call them and ask when how and to what address they sent the check
