"> A ticket is simply a notice to appear within court. No one "sees" the ticket until you are found guilty or plead guilty in traffic court. If you were guilty the state does not notify the insurance company roughly it. Usually insurance companies only check driving histories at renewal time so they may not have see it yet. Some will send you a questionnaire asking if you received any tickets but won't check unless you directory a claim. If you lied the claim could be denied.
If your premium has not gone up then they enjoy not counted the ticket or accident yet. They probly will when the policy comes up for renewal. So, any check your ID card for your renewal date or ask your agent when it is.
