How can i find a advocate to sue my phone and insurance company?
For the past two years I have be dealing with claims and disputes regarding my former auto insurance company and cell phone company (separate issues). Basically, they have both screwed me and now I want to try to do something roughly it by suing them. Trust me, i am not the type of person who would ever have done this contained by the past, but enough is satisfactory. What kind of lawyer should i check out for? Are there any sites i can search to find them? What should i be guarded about? Has anyone ever had to sue their auto insurance company for breach of contract?

Use the lawyer referral service at your state bar association's website. Source(s): 30 years experience within civil litigation
chances are next to the auto ins that unless there are
like medical bills to reclaim money from somewhere
(as contained by a ins. co. or a company to sue) it will be tough
to find an atty that will take it without seriously of $ up front
and the phone co. with their army of lawyers?
forget it Source(s): b.s. criminal equality
former bill collector
likelihood are, when you signed all that paperwork for you insurqance and phone, you entered into an agreement to waive your right to sue, and enter into an arbitration agreement. the agreement probably requires you to fly somewhere, pay for 1/2 the expense of arbitraution ($5,000 give or take), and if you win you carry your money. but the arbitratoir decides, and the agreement allows the company to pick the arbitrator (hello).
