A insurance company that I enjoy a disaster claim amenable against have sent me two checks?

one of the checks was made out to me and the repair shop. I got my vehicle fixed with that one. But I think they accidently sent me another check for like amount of 2,600. The guy told me not to cash that one he said don't worry just about that one it's no good. But the check is good for 2 years, So I be just wondering should I cash this check be that a mistake on their part?

What happen is that the bank will credit your account right away, so you can walk spend the money.

Then the check will take about 1-2 weeks to clear and will come support as canceled! Yay! Then the bank will take the money rear legs out of your account and you will probably be overdrawn! Yay! Then the bank will charge you overdraft fees! Yay! Then you will go and get a letter from the insurance company saying that you own committed insurance fraud and they are going to sue you. Yay! Then you will have to hire a lawyer and jump to court and will end up paying tens of thousands of dollars in legally recognized fees, fines, and court costs! Yay!

Yay free money! Go for it and write about it when you get fund!
