How soon are you supposed to report a DUI to the insurance company?

Its been 3 months since it happened. Will i take penalized? I live in the LA, CA 90066 nouns.
Answers:
You do not have to. They will periodically check your driving record and wil tilt your rates when they see that on there.

Most of the time when you go to court, the court will spawn you get SR-22 high risk insurance. Even next you should get that through a different company than your own and it will avoid you having to reward the high rates for a little bit.

unless in attendance are certain laws surrounded by your area that are different and require you to I wouldn't report it.

I live in MO and i.e. how it is here.

Also, stop drinking and driving. You may kill someone. That is extremely serious. Laws are also MUCH stricter for number 2.
