A motor insurance company sent me two check?

I was hit by someone while my car be parked and it was not my fault. The insurance company sent me two checks for impossible to tell apart amount. One was in my entitle with "supplemental payment" and the other one was contained by the body shop I chose and my name with "final payment". Both be for the same amounts. Can I use both checks?
