There are standards of failing. One of them, is changing lanes. They look at where on earth the damage is on the vehicles.
If the interfere with to both cars is on the sides of both cars, whoever's damage is further back from the feeler of the car, is at fault. OR, whoever be moving into the lane, if one of you was staying in the lane, the reduce to rubble to the car moving will be steady, and the damage to the saloon in the same lane, not moving, will gain deeper and deeper, if that makes any sense.
The damage to the cars will restore the accident, and show who was moving within what direction. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
They ask the police or they look at the cars or they sue.
