How do i saturate surrounded by a luck report form for my insurance company?

the insurance company is sending someone to question me about my disaster
Answers:
be honest, the adjuster will figure out if you are self dishonest anyway, so you should always be honest with them...
I feel that the form is self explanatory, the individual problem is the sketch map of the accident. In each crust I photographed a map of the area (these are available on the Internet. Do not try to express any opinions on the report as to what happen give a straight factual report short any "white lies" or fudges to ensue the blame is where you think it should be. Treat it as though it is a document which will be used surrounded by Court as indeed it will be if the Insurance companies do not agree. The advantage to you is that if yo tell the truth you will offer the same story months down the line and remain credible, if you fudge or slouch it will show up and you will lose your credibility . The choice is yours
bring up to date the truth, to your insurance rep. They will ask your side of the story, and all the other parties involved.

WAS IT YOUR FAULT?
all you do is answer questions and after sign the form.
with a pen?
Just tell the agent what happen. Then the will do the adjustment. The police have who is at fault.
if its something samll and something you can afford, id try to pay for it contained by cash!
people are better rotten to do this or work it out this way.
a lot of insurance companies are rip offs
ive found out that they do hold to charge a certain amount, then whats over to be precise tottally up to them
It depends on if you are at fault or the other personage. Usually, the insurance company will take all the information over the phone and you don't hold to fill out a form. If someone hit you and you are injured you need to contact an attorney and they will lift care of all the forms for you.

"The insurance company..." Which one? If it's your agent from your company, just overrun out the form with the information they need, and answer the question they ask.

If it's the other party's insurance company, call your agent and ask for advice beforehand you do anything.
Is it a vehicle accident. It will be all written out beside questions for you, and a space to describe in detail what happen. There should also be a space for you to draw a diagram but it may be best if you draw it on squared paper separately and attach it.

If somebody is coming to take a statement, they will ask you to describe contained by detail what happened, and then afterwards will turn over the story breaking it down into sentences and asking you if you agree with each sentence earlier writing it down. You will be asked to sign to say it is an accurate description of the events at the end. Even if the slightest entity is incorrect, make sure you say so, as they may subsequently try and prove you a liar if it goes to court. Source(s): Was hit by a taxicab driver from behind who then get two friends to act as witnesses to say it be my fault, and tried to claim 11,000 pounds from me for whiplash injuries. I fought him all the track to court and HE ended up having to salary my 4000 pounds defence costs from his own pocket. Such a nice feeling.
