I am not sure what you are wanting to know. Experience with.....? I have be a customer for about ten years. I like that I can catch on line and change my policy, print out an insurance card if I lose mine, they subtract the amount of my account per month so I don't have to verbs about it (just an option. It is not required) I own had two claims and they were prompt within paying. They were lower than anyone else I spoke with while shopping for insurance.

Progressive Insurance is better than Geico. I tried to carry insurance over the phone from geico and the representative told me to call back contained by 4 hours because there was just 5 people working the phones.
