Answers: the answer to this is ALL its a fac of the Lew no tax then insurance not valid
All Motor insurance policies tell you that your car is insured as long as you (the drver) comply near the Road Traffic Acts.
This means that your car must be insured for thirdm event risks at least, it must be MOTd ( if more than 3 years old) and you must have a road export tax disc that is not out of its expiry date. If you do not comply with these regulations, consequently in the event of you being involved contained by a traffic accident, your insurance is invalid and you cannot make any claim against your insurers. Technically, if you are driving and not fulfilling any of these regulations afterwards you are driving witout insurance cover, even if you have a certificate of insurance.
Simply, if there is anything wrong with your vehicle at adjectives, the insurance companies will wriggle out of settling any claim.
cant see the problem with that, u shud always enjoy road tax, and if u havent u shud have a null and void on the insurance
Insurance companies will not cover you if your vehicle is not tax or passed MOT.
