6 hour stay contained by hospital for acute anxiety attack, what is my cost lacking calling insurance company?

Saturday night, I was have an acute anxiety attack to the point of heart palpetations and dizziness and turned myself into St. Anthonys hospital cause I couldn't calm down. I hold temporary health coverage beside Assurant health; monthly premium is $84. I read my policy and it probably wont cover my incident from the other night. So I'll enjoy to pay out of pocket. Here's how the treatment went:
It's be about midnight when I walked into the ER. They checked my important signs and then admitted me to a room where on earth they prescribed a dose of Xanax; which really helped! Of course, three nurses and the doctor were asking a billion robustness questions as usual which got on my nerves. Then they looked-for to take me over to a counselor for a psychiatric evaluation. I was waiting more or less 3 hours in the ER room cause staff be busy and falling behind. It was something like 4:00 in the morning when I was finally taken over to the counselor; she evaluated me and call the psychiatrist and said that I was good plenty to go home--thank god I didn't have to be admit to the psych ward, I'd be in debt forever! I was finally discharged and competent to go home around 5:45 am. So my total time for staying was something like 6 hours tops; I'm not even sure if it counts as overnight. About how much of a debt would I incur from this incident? I called the billing number at the hospital and they couldn't give me an answer basis it takes about two weeks for a bill to be made up. I of late wanna know an estimate right now so I can set up a payment plan and start paying rash. I'm hoping to God in my situation that I won't owe as much as $10,000! I'm in big trouble. I be nervous to call my insurance company incentive I'm scared they'll drop me to being soaring risk.
Answers:
Emergency room care is covered by your policy. You should submit it to insurance company. If not covered set up a payment calendar with billing dept. of hospital. Your bill will probably be around 1500. You could negotiate it down. Just do not ignore the bill.
Negative emotion (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin plane is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin height.

But there are natural ways to do it in need medication. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression individual and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does aid anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to reading light, etc.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that "academic behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to verbs that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other technique to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to....
