I always report an accident to the insurance company regardless of who is at bad habit. I don't want my insurance policy voided if at a later date the person who I get into a fender bender with decides they are seriously injured and I haven't reported it.
If her saloon had no damage, there's no judgment for her to put in a claim. If you have the title, significance your car is paid for, you don't enjoy to fix it (assuming it still passes safety). Or even if you did, you could do it without insurance money. You don't enjoy to file a claim if your car is rewarded for.
In an accident ALWAYS call the police and ALWAYS christen your insurance company. This person could later claim injuries. Are you predisposed to take that risk? Are you willing and competent to pay a whole lot of medical expenses, loss of income, etc ? You bought insurance for this exact judgment. Use it ! People who pay for insurance and then not use it are of late plain nutty. Why have insurance at all if you don't want to use it?
