Looking for an insurance company that doesn't require an inspection for a home owners policy...?

I recently inherited a house that wants a little bit of work. This won't be happening for some time though. Every insurance company I hold contacted for a homeowners policy will not insure it because of the condition of a detached garage. I don't have the money right now, plus the house itself also wants some work. Are there any online companies or something that will not require an inspection?

I have owned lots houses and never had an inspection. Perhaps if the garage is the problem, ask if it can be left uninsured. Please don't depart from it uninsured.
I would try Erie insurance. And don't act like it shouldn't enjoy insurance.
