I cannot answer for auto, but I can answer for home insurance. I have had WaWa for home insurance for 30 years, and, as an insurance broker, hold represented WaWa (and 9 other companies at the same time) for home and commercial insurance. It is a good company. I would assume the auto claims are as dutiful as the home claims service.
