Can I build a moat around my house or would that be an insurance liability?
Answers: Go for it, when it's done noone can mess with you.
ahhh...that would put you contained by flood zone and they might also consider it a pool so you'd have to put one of those fences around it....nah...don't do it
hm,maybe, but the Gecko lizard would verbs it..>=)
You can do anything you want, so long as no wound befalls others, and screw the insurance co...
i chew over it depends on the number of alligators u keep in it:)
your only allowed one if you have a draw bridge. at most minuscule thats the law in my state
Thats such an ill belief but I think it would have to enjoy a fence. Same rules as having a pool otherwise some kid could drown and after you'd be sued up the ***
I resembling the idea
a short time ago say it's a lazy river.
simply if you put some sharks or crocodiles in the moat
I wouldn't think a moat around your home would be much different than all those lakeside homes we see! Call an insurance agent first & take the facts then decide if it's still something you want to do.
